Loft Conversion & Rear Extension - Southampton

This project began with a full survey of the existing property to accurately record its ground floor layout. Following consultation with the client, the conservatory was reconfigured into a fully open-plan kitchen, dining and living extension, transforming the rear of the home into a single connected living space. At first floor, a new loft conversion was designed to add two further bedrooms and a bathroom, significantly increasing the property's overall floor area. The drawings below show the project's progression - from existing conditions through to the final proposed ground and first floor layouts.

4-Bed to 7-Bed HMO Conversion - Portsmouth

This project involved the full reconfiguration of an existing 4-bedroom residential dwelling into a 7-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO), with each room designed to include its own en-suite shower room. The layout was carefully redesigned to meet HMO licensing and building regulation requirements while maximising room sizes and circulation space. The drawings below show the existing layout alongside the final proposed floor plans.
